During my Co-op rotation with Ruoff Mortgage, I collaborated with the UI/UX team on a range of digital design projects, including job landing pages, pop-up screens, email templates, and a project starter template. Figma was the primary software used throughout this co-op.
Email Templates
During this internship, I had the opportunity to create and develop email templates that can be used and replicated in sending emails for homeowners to get pre-approved and try out the affordability calculator when looking at buying a home. Four were developed and is curretly in the process of being tested with HubSpot before being utilized.
Ruoff x Colts: Monthly Payment 2026
One major campaign that I had the opportunity to work on was the Ruoff x Colts: Monthly Payment for 2026. Due to the turnaround time, I stuck with the main concept from last year's design but adjusted typography and imagery for a different concept. I wanted to lean into the football aspect with the field in the background and my imagery focused on a dad and son enjoying a game who you could imagine to be at this event. For a fun visual, I pulled aspects from the website, mobile version, and various ads that followed, along with some fun standout text that highlights the giveaway reward. Below is a landing page that brings you to the Ruoff x Colts: Monthly Payment for 2026. This can also be viewed on Mobile.
Ruoff Rewards
Ruoff Rewards is a loyalty program that helps homebuyers save on closing costs. Homebuyers can learn all about the mortgage process and earn points that can be converted to cash toward their closing costs. Every month, the Marketing team releases about 3 social graphics featuring different categories. I’ve had the opportunity to work on various graphics for National Wellness Month, National Dog Month, and Independence Day, which are featured below. Summer Intern Project: Together at Home
Each Internship Program, Ruoff gives its interns a project to complete as a group and then, during the final week, present this to corporate employees. This year’s task was to develop a mural that invites employees into another room of the Ruoff workplace. Our team collaborated, brainstormed, and designed a mural that was installed in early August. Along with brainstorming and pitching ideas, the main role I played in this collaborative project was designing the slideshow, which you can access below.
